Challenge
Costa Coffee’s Made A Little Better campaign aimed to showcase the emotional connections their products create by highlighting real, everyday moments that their fans cherish. The goal was to build long-term emotional resonance, positioning Costa Coffee as the coffee leader for a wide audience, ranging from 18-25-year-olds to the core audience of 35-55-year-olds. The challenge was to find an innovative way to use ATL assets in a format that felt authentic and engaging while making the campaign interactive and participatory for the audience.

Solution
To make fans the stars, the public was invited to share personal Costa moments using the hashtag #MadeALittleBetter. Photos and descriptions of how Costa made their day better were collected as user-generated content (UGC). Visual master assets were designed, ensuring all UGC adhered to Costa’s visual identity. These assets were adapted for digital billboards across the UK. This project demonstrates my ability to create scalable, impactful visuals that blend brand storytelling with audience interaction while maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
