Challenge

A global Meta campaign was developed at AnalogFolk to increase the adoption of performance tools among advertisers and agencies. Many marketers were underutilising these tools, limiting campaign effectiveness. Personalised messaging was required across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC in over 12 languages, addressing economic pressures to maximise ROI.

Solution

A master template and guideline system was created for Otomo an automation company, enabling automated production of thousands of personalised, on-brand assets. Modular, 3-second videos with interchangeable text and backgrounds were produced in collaboration with Spanish animation studio BOL, ensuring seamless adaptation for diverse languages and regions. Text placement was aligned with layouts, and all deliverables were rigorously proof-checked. This scalable system facilitated the delivery of over 2,000 tailored video executions, streamlining production while maintaining creative standards.
